The Antioquia region is located in the heart of Colombia’s mountains. This region truly produces some of the finest coffees in the world.

Antioquia’s people are characterized by their hard work and great determination. Our ownership includes 96,000 farming families.

Contrary to the other regions of Colombia, coffee in this area is predominantly grown on small family-owned farms. These farms are usually less than seven acres with an average farm size of three acres.

The climate in Antioquia is ideal for growing coffee. Temperatures range between 66 and 70 degrees, rainfall from 78 to 98 inches and there is deep volcanic soil with good acidity.
